Vegan Recipes To Help Make Veganuary Delicious

Vegan is encouraging people all over the world to try and go vegan for the month of January. There are many reasons why you might choose to become a vegan, but this year the organization behind vegan highlighted how a vegan lifestyle can reduce your impact on the environment with an ad featuring Bigfoot.

According to a recent YouGov survey of just over 2,000 British people, 34% were interested in trying a plant-based diet. “As more people realize the amazing impact our food choices have on the health of our planet, attitudes toward eating vegan are changing,” says Tony Fernelli, Head of Communications at Vegan. “It is very exciting to see a third of Britons interested in trying a vegan diet, something that would have been unimaginable just a few years ago.”
